DODGE CITY, Kan. — The Bethel College men's golf team wrapped up competition at the KCAC Fall Match Play Championship, finishing third in the Bronze Bracket after two days of tightly contested matches.
Day one featured a three-way format against Tabor and York, where the Threshers battled hard but fell in both matchups. Eric Schmidt, Noah Schrag, Colin Smith, Gavin Rogers, and Wyatt Bailey all represented Bethel in the opening rounds.
On day two, Bethel bounced back with improved play. The Threshers dropped a close match to Tabor before earning a 3–1 win over York to close the event. Jacob Regier led the way with two victories, while Noah Schrag also picked up a pair of wins. Eric Schmidt added a key 1-up victory against York to help secure the team's final win of the tournament.
