New Athletes
All freshmen and transfer student-athletes who are new to Bethel College will need to create an online profile in our Athletic Trainer System (ATS) Electronic Medical Records Software. This profile will allow you to email the Athletic Training Staff, schedule rehabilitation, evaluation, and treatment appointments, update your personal information, and view rehab programs. Follow the instructions below to create your ATS profile:
- Link to ATS log-in screen:Â https://www.atsusers.com/ATSWeb/login.aspx?db=ATSbethelks
- Athlete ID and Password: Use 'new' (all lower case)
- Database: Use, 'ATSbethelks' (case sensitive!)
- Consent to using cookies
- Fill out all yellow boxes in the general, insurance, and contact tabs
- If you have no 'Medical Alerts', 'Allergies', or 'Current Medications' write 'none'
- Once all required information is filled out be sure to save the information

Follow the instructions below to complete all required medical forms:
- All new athletes must complete new forms every year including a new physical by a medical professional with the credentials listed on the Physical Examination Form. (MD, DO, PA, APRN – we do not accept chiropractic physicals). Once your physical is complete, upload the document into your ATS Profile.

- All paperwork must be filled out on ATS before an athlete is allowed to participate in any Team Athletic Related activities.
