McCord is in her sixth season at the helm of Threshers Dance.
The 2025-26 season was the most historic season in Thresher Dance history as McCord led the Threshers to their first ever KCAC Conference Championship as well as their first ever NAIA National Championships appearance. Bethel finished 12th at the NAIA National Championships, their highest finish ever. The Threshers reset the school record for score at the Dog House Classic with a score of 85.33
In the 2024-25 season, the Threshers finished 5th in the KCAC. The 2023-24 season saw Bethel finish 6th in the conference competition. In the 2022-23 season, Bethel finished third at the KCAC dance competition. In the 2021-22 season they finished second.
The Threshers have won KCACÂ Team of Character twice under McCord.Â
