Chris Ibach is entering his 12th year at Bethel College as the Head Athletic Trainer. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from Winona State University and a Master of Science in Health and Human Performance from Fort Hays State University.

A well-respected figure in the KCAC, Ibach was named the KCAC Head Athletic Trainer of the Year for the 2022–23 academic year and currently serves as the KCAC Athletic Training Chair for the 2025–27 term. In addition to his clinical and administrative duties, he also serves as Bethel’s Secondary Athletic Insurance Claims Coordinator.

Ibach is certified in Graston Technique, Myofascial Cupping, and Blood Flow Restriction Therapy, and is trained in Adult Mental Health First Aid USA, demonstrating his commitment to both the physical and mental well-being of student-athletes.

His primary sport coverage includes volleyball, men’s and women’s basketball, men’s soccer, and men’s and women’s tennis.
