Ciara Schott begins her first season as Head Cheer Coach at Bethel College with strong national-level experience and a track record of program growth.
She most recently served at Missouri Baptist University as Head STUNT Coach, Director of Spirit, and Head Cheer Coach. During her time there, the STUNT program earned national rankings of 5th, 4th, and 2nd in consecutive seasons. She also helped lead coed cheer to an NCA national title in 2023 and guided multiple teams to national appearances.
In addition, she spent five years with Flipside Competitive Cheer as a Head Coach and Program Director. Her teams produced 10 national qualifiers and multiple Top 5 and Top 10 finishes. She developed training plans, led conditioning programs, and supported overall program growth.
