James Eddy enters his first season as the Defensive Line Coach at Bethel College. He
comes to Bethel after coaching one season at Northwestern Oklahoma State University.
During his time at NWOSU Eddy was able to improve the defensive line play
dramatically. The sack totaled increased by 300%, tackles for loss increased 33%, and
total tackles increased by 20%.
James Eddy earned his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Master’s degree in Adult
Education from Northwestern Oklahoma State University. Eddy played collegiately at
both Northwestern Oklahoma State and Southern Nazarene University as a defensive
lineman and a fullback. Eddy currently lives in North Newton, KS.
