Luka Milicevic

Luka Milicevic is in his third season at the helm of the Thresher men's soccer program.

Milicevic coached the 2023 KCAC Freshman of the Year and three other All-KCAC selections. In 2024, he led his team to the first home conference tournament game in over 15 years and advanced to the KCAC semifinals, where they lost to eventual conference champion Oklahoma Wesleyan. He also coached the 2024 KCAC Offensive MVP.

In the 2023 season, Milicevic solely served as the men's soccer coach. The Threshers finished with a record of 8-6-5 and made a KCAC postseason tournament appearance, losing to Friends in the quarterfinals.

In the 2022 season, Milicevic served as the Director of Soccer Operations and ran both the men's and women's programs.

The Belgrade, Serbia native played soccer at Oklahoma Wesleyan from 2013-2017. After graduating from OKWU with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Milicevic joined the Eagles staff as a Graduate Assistant. He spent three seasons as a coach in Bartlesville, where he helped the team to a 63-8-3 record while reaching the National Championship game in 2020.

In the fall of 2021, Milicevic moved up the ranks to become an Assistant Coach at NCAA DII Rogers State University on the women's side. The Hillcats went 9-8-1 in the single season that Milicevic spent in Claremore.

Luka has been very involved with club soccer in Oklahoma during his coaching career. He coached two U12 girls teams and two U19 girls teams for NEO FC. In the summers, he runs his own soccer club, FC Bartlesville, which he has built into a strong and competitive program.
