BARTLESVILLE, Okla. - The Bethel Thresher Women's Soccer team advanced to the KCAC Postseason Tournament as the eight seed meaning they had to face the first seeded and No. 8 ranked Oklahoma Wesleyan Eagles in the opening round. The Threhsers fell behind early and were never able to recover as the Eagles took a 7-0 victory to advance.
The Eagles got the scoring started early in the contest with a second minute goal. They would go on to add four more goals in the half to take a 5-0 lead into the break.
The Threshers were able to hold the Eagles to just two goals in the second half.
Maddie Prager finished the contest with 9 saves. The Threshers never challenged the Oklahoma Wesleyan keeper as they were out shot 26-1 with the one shot not coming on goal.
This contest brought an end to the season for Bethel.
