WICHITA, Kan. - The Kansas Collegiate Athletic Conference announced its 2022 All-KCAC selections on Tuesday morning. The Threshers had 22 student-athletes earn a spot on one of three teams.
Keegan Martin and
Trey Palmer headlined the selections as unanimous All-KCAC First Team selections at their positions, Palmer being the only defensive unanimous selection.
Keegan Martin was the lone Thresher from the offensive side of the ball named to the All-KCAC First Team, his third straight.
DJ Ciers,
Kashius McCray,
Chantz Scurry,
Brayden Francis,
Ryan Junkermeier and
Cole Herman were all named as All-KCAC Second Team selections.
Tyler Dobbs and
Loggan Birch were named All-KCAC Honorable Mention selections.
On the defensive side of the ball,
Doug Grider,
Josh Seabolt,
Trey Palmer and
Brenden Sanders earned All-KCAC First Team selections.
Kade Miller was the lone Thresher to earn an All-KCACÂ Second Team selection.
Jairo Castillo Jr.,
John Henson,
Amani Peoples,
Grant Godsey and
Phillip Williams were all named as All-KCAC Honorable Mention selections.Â
Brayden Francis was named All-KCAC First Team Special Teams as a utility.
Julian Jackson and
Trey Palmer were named as All-KCAC Honorable Mention returners.
