NORTH NEWTON, Kan. - For the second straight contest, the Bethel College volleyball team won in straight sets, this time against the Friends Falcons.
On their way to their ninth straight victory, the Threshers held the Falcons to less points in continuous sets as they won 25-19, 25-14 and 25-13.
Bethel hit over .300 as a team led by
Darla Crow and
Jordan Boone who each hit .600 with 7 kills.
Kylah Carter led the squad in kills with 9.Â
All six Threshers that recorded a kill, had four or more in the straight set victory.
Crow added 7 more blocks to her nation lead to push her season total to 116.Â
Both
Mia Roman and
Kaitlyn Shima finished the contest with 18 assists.
Katey Wilhelm led the back row for Bethel with 17 digs.Â
The Threshers will be back in action on Wednesday, September 27th at 5:00 PM as they travel to Nebraska to take on the Panthers of York University.
