Bethel regrouped in the second set. Kylah Carter contributed with 8 kills, and Jordan Boone was a force at the net with 4 blocks. The Threshers kept the set close, but McPherson's timely kills made the difference. The Bulldogs held on to win the second set 25-21, giving them a 2-0 lead.
Set 3: (25-18)
In the third set, Bethel showed why they are a formidable team in the KCAC. Led by Laci Ownbey, who had 14 kills, and setter Mia Roman with 42 assists, the Threshers dominated the court.
