NORTH NEWTON, Kan. — Bethel took down Evangel in straight sets, 25–18, 26–24, 25–18, to move to 17–9 (7–2 KCAC). Cameron Offerle led with 24 kills on .525 hitting, while Dalaina Schutte handed out 39 assists and added two service aces. Bethel hit .286 as a team and finished with 16 block assists behind contributions from Darla Crow, Landree Merriman, Dylan Cochran, and Alayna Vines. Abby Koontz and Elena Vanderweg anchored the back row with double-digit digs.
The result helps Bethel into a tie for 4th with Saint Mary, while Evangel remains tied for 2nd. (Evangel still has OKWU and McPherson ahead—two nationally ranked teams currently at the top of the conference)
