Volleyball Dominates Tabor in Conference Opener

North Newton, Kan. - The Thresher volleyball team rolled to a sweep over Tabor at Thresher Gym, taking the match 25–11, 25–20, 25–17 

Bethel's offense set the tone immediately, hitting .529 in the opening set and never looking back. The team posted an impressive .299 attack percentage overall, with 38 kills on just 77 attempts. Cameron Offerle paced the attack with 12 kills on .556 hitting, while setter Elena Vanderweg dished out 17 assists to go along with seven digs.

At the net, Darla Crow anchored the defense with six total blocks, while the team recorded seven overall. The Threshers also tallied 25 digs and six service aces, keeping Tabor off balance throughout the night.

With the victory, Bethel improved to 11–7 on the year and will prepare for a marquee matchup at home on Saturday when they welcome No. 9 Oklahoma Wesleyan at 3 p.m.
