Hillsboro, Kan. --The Bethel women's soccer team dropped a 3–0 decision on the road at Tabor Wednesday evening.
The Threshers showed fight from the opening whistle, putting together 10 total shots and five on goal. Forward Malayasia Larque created consistent pressure, leading Bethel with four attempts, while Beth Lloyd added three more chances. Goalkeeper Jacie Scott stayed busy in net, recording six saves across 90 minutes to keep her side in striking distance.
After conceding two early goals in the first half, Bethel tightened defensively in the second, limiting Tabor to just one additional goal while creating more opportunities on the counterattack.
The Threshers look to regroup quickly as they prepare for another challenging conference matchup at Oklahoma Wesleyan on Saturday.
