Chris Koehn returns to Bethel College where he previously served on the coaching staff from 2003 to 2005 as Wide Receivers Coach and Special Teams Coordinator.   During this tenure, Bethel's Special Teams posted multiple All-Americans and were in the top five in the nation in Kickoff Returns.  In his time away from Bethel, Chris spent five seasons coaching at the high school level at both Wichita High School West and Newton High School. 

Chris is a 2000 graduate and 2005 Education Certificate recipient of Bethel College.  Chris played football for the Threshers and was a four-year starter and four-year All-KCAC performer at the TE position.

Chris holds a BA in History and currently teaches in the Newton school district at Chisholm Middle School.  He and his wife Amber live in Hesston, KS with their three children; Alex, Emily and Joshua.
