Dentton Hudspeth

Dentton Hudspeth is in his fourth season at Bethel College; first as offensive coordinator. He also serves as the Director of Recruiting and Social Media for the Thresher Football program.

Dentton was part of the coaching staff for Bethel's three straight KCAC Championships as he helped the team to a 27-5 record over the three year span. He has slowly worked his way up the coaching ladder at BC earning promotions ever season.

Hudspeth was part of the 2019 coaching squad which oversaw the Threshers go 8-3 on the year and finish second overall in the KCAC. They broke their program rushing record with 4,084 total yards which also led the entire NAIA. Bethel finished the year as the #24 team in the NAIA Top 25.

Before coaching at Bethel, Hudspeth spent two years as a graduate assistant coaching Offensive Skills at Southern Nazarene University.

Prior to his coaching career, Dentton played 5 years at Sterling College. Hudspeth, a four-year all-conference player, helped Sterling get their first conference championship in school history. Sterling had two NAIA playoff appearances during Hudspeth’s tenure.

Hudspeth received his undergraduate degree via a Bachelor of Sciences in Sport Management from Sterling College. And got his Masters in Sports Management and Administration from Southern Nazarene University in 2018.
