Felicia Teeter

Coach Teeter is a proven leader with over 25 years of experience building teams, improving processes,
and strategically planning to achieve decisive victories. She is an expert in leading diverse teams to
establish common goals and excels in developing and executing plans to accomplish them.

Her absolute passion is coaching football! Here at Bethel she holds positions as both the Running
Backs Assistant Coach for our Men’s Tackle Football Team and Head Coach for our Women’s Flag
Football Team. Coach Teeter is also an adjunct faculty member and teaches Sports Officiating and
Sports in American Culture.

Previous Football positions have been as Defensive Analyst here at Bethel College for our men’s team
working with the Defensive Line, Head Coach at Pratt Community College for their Flag Football
Team; Varsity Tight Ends/Fullback Coach at Lubbock Estacado High School and sub-varsity
Defensive/Offensive Line Coach.

Coach Teeter holds a Masters of Military Occupational Art and Science from Air Command and Staff
College and an M.P.A. and B.A. in Government from Angelo State University. She served 10 years in
the United States Army and worked as a Department of Defense Civilian for the Air Force for 20
years.

Coach Teeter has three adult children who all live in Texas: Elizabeth, Henry, and Bella. Her two
rescue dogs - Chunk and Chance - live here in North Newton with her.
