Mac Marshall is entering his first year of coaching at Bethel College, with his first season being the fall of 2018.

Before coaching at Bethel, Marshall coached wide receivers at Montana State University-Northern.

As a player, Marshall was a defensive end at Sterling College from 2012 to 2016. During the 2013 season, the program won their first conference championship and had their first playoff appearance. Marshall was also on the team for the school's second playoff appearance in 2016.

Marshall is a 2017 graduate of Sterling College, where he earned his bachelors degree in Sports Management.
