Terry Cook was promoted to Wide Receivers coach at Bethel College in January 2025. Cook
was retained after coaching the Running Backs at Bethel in 2024.
Cook has coached at every level of football including youth, high school, and college. During
this time coaching, Cook has coached in Arkansas, Texas, Colorado, and Kansas. Terry Cook’s
experience throughout the country has led to great recruiting success since coming to Bethel
College.
Terry Cook has also served as a high school and college official for over two decades. Cook has
worked at every position on the field as an official including being the lead official most recently.
Cook graduated from the University of Texas at Brownsville while playing baseball with a degree
in Political Science and Business. Cook also went on to complete his MBA from UTB. Terry lives
in Newton, KS with his wife Yadi Cook. The Cooks have three adult children Emily, Christian,
and Ethan who current plays football at Bethel College. They have two dogs, labrador Bailey
and standard poodle Margo.
