Volleyball Rolls Past the Tigers 3-0

MCPHERSON, Kan. – The Thresher Volleyball team hit the road Wednesday night to take on Central Christian in a non-conference matchup. A matchup that the Threshers would sweep 3-0.
 
Bethel would take the first two sets with identical scores of 25-17. In the third set, the Tigers would try to claw their way back into the contest, but the Threshers would ultimately put them away taking the third set 25-22.
 
Bailee Alexander would finish the contest as the only player on either side with double digit kills (10). Mia Roman (18) and Kaitlyn Shima (16) would lead the contest in assists. The Threshers would double the Tigers blocks 6 to 3.
 
The Thresher Volleyball team will be back in action this Saturday, August 28th as they host a triangular. Bethel will square off with Friends at 11:00 am and Bethany at 3:00 pm. Bethel and Bethany JV will play at 1:00 pm.
