STERLING, Kan. - The Bethel College Women's Basketball team played their back end of the back to back road games on Saturday against the #9 Sterling Warriors. The Warriors controlled the game from the tip as they took a 76-45 victory.
Sterling put up back to back 20+ point quarters in the opening half as Bethel was held below 15 points in each of the first two quarters. The Threshers finished the opening 20 minutes with 27 points, while the Warriors had 50.Â
In the second half, the Threshers were able to stymie the Warrior attack, however they weren't able to cut into the lead as Sterling played tough defense in the closing 20 minutes on their way to the 76-45 win.
