WINFIELD, Kan. - The Bethel Women's Track and Field team went to Winfield for the second straight weekend, this time for the KCAC Outdoor Championships. The Threshers finished 9th as a team while recording 12 top 10 finishes.

The Thresher that turned in the best finishes was Aubry Grame in the 100m hurdles and the 400m hurdles. In the 100m Grame finished 4th with a personal best 15.46 in prelims and a 15.62 in the finals. In the 400m Grame finished 2nd turning in a time of 1:04.07 to hit the NAIA B Standard and record a personal best.

Alexandra Mendoza also participated in the 100m and 400m hurdles where she turned in a 12th place finish and a 9th place finish. 

Laiya Palmer in the 100m finished 13th with a time of 12.92.

Natalie Graber ran the 3000m steeple where she finished 8th with a school record time of 12:24.81. She also ran in the 1500m where she finished 16th with a time of 5:13.68.

Mia Roman in the high jump turned in a 6th place finish with a height of 1.49m.

Karsen Dunham finished 5th in the long lump with a mark of 5.27m. She also finished 6th in the triple jump with a mark of 10.51m.

Stephany Meyer also participated in both vertical jumps as she turned in a 5th place finish in the triple jump with a mark of 10.66m. In the long jump Meyer finished 11th with a mark of 4.84m.

Kalyn Corley turned in her best finish of the competition in the javelin as she finished 7th with a distance of 33.10m. She finished 8th in the hammer throw with a mark of 40.69m and 19th in the discus with a mark of 32.48m.

The 4x100m team of Grame, Dunham, Roman and Meyer finished 8th with a time of 51.14. While the 4x400m team with Graber subbed in for Dunham finished 8th with a time of 4:14.05.
