NORTH NEWTON, Kan. - After falling behind by two goals in the first half, the Bethel College women's soccer team was unable to find the back of the net as they fell to the Tabor Bluejays 5-0.

Tabor broke the nill-nill tie in the 16th minute with an assisted goal.

The Bluejays added in another goal in the 34th minute of the contest as they took the first half 2-0 lead.Â

Madison Bliss recorded a defensive save for the Threshers following a Tabor header.

Bethel had just as many opportunities in the first half as the Bluejays did, but were unsuccessful in converting any of them.

The Bluejays added three more goals in the second half as they kept the pressure up for the final 45 minutes.Â

Bethel recorded just 6 shots on goal to Tabor's 14.

The Threshers will be back in action on Saturday, October 14th as they take on Ottawa University at 11 am to begin the Fall Fest activities.
