YORK, Neb. - The Bethel College men's basketball team dropped a crucial road contest to the York Panthers 73-58.

After holding on to a lead for much of the first ten minutes of the contest before they went cold from the floor scoring just eight points over the final 12 and a half minutes of the first half.

After trailing by 11 at the half and as much as 15 early in the second half, the Threshers cut the lead down to just seven at the 14:33 mark when
Harper Jonas knocked down a three-point basket.

With just under eight minutes left in the contest, Bethel was able to make it a one possession game after
Carmelo Yakubu recorded a steal and a fastbreak layup.

Once again, the Threshers would go cold from the floor as they scored just six points over the final seven minutes of the contest.
