North Newton, Kan. — Bethel men's soccer fell 4–0 to Friends University on Saturday afternoon in KCAC play at Thresher Stadium.
Friends struck twice in the opening 30 minutes and added two more in the second half to secure the win.
Despite the scoreline, Kazimir Kromwijk kept Bethel competitive, finishing with 11 saves, including several diving stops that denied clear chances. Gabriel Okita and Aden Braggs each recorded shots on target for the Threshers, while the back line weathered heavy pressure throughout much of the first half.
Bethel moves to 3–10–2 overall and 2–6–2 in KCAC play. The Threshers will look to regroup when they travel to Evangel University next Saturday at 3:00 p.m. in Springfield, Mo.
