Wichita, Kan. — Bethel volleyball continued its strong conference form with a dominant 3–0 sweep (25–20, 25–22, 25–9) over Friends University on Saturday afternoon.
Cameron Offerle led the Threshers with 11 kills, 14 digs, and four service aces, while Landree Merriman added 11 kills on a .400 hitting percentage. Darla Crow was efficient in the middle with seven kills and three blocks, and Dalaina Schutte orchestrated the offense with 33 assists and seven points of her own.
Bethel hit .324 as a team, limiting Friends to just a .093 efficiency while recording 51 digs and seven aces.
With the win, the Threshers improve to 16–9 overall and 6–2 in KCAC play, remaining fourth in the conference standings. Bethel now turns its attention to a huge home match against Evangel, who is currently tied for first in the KCAC. First serve is scheduled for Friday at 6:00 p.m. in Thresher Gym.
