SALINA, Kan. — Bethel lost to Kansas Wesleyan 6-0 on Wednesday. The Threshers were held to two shots and did not put a shot on goal while facing 30 Kansas Wesleyan shots.
Kansas Wesleyan generated the larger volume of chances, finishing with 30 shots and putting 14 on goal. Bethel recorded eight saves as a team, with Cadence McNenamy starting and making seven saves in 45 minutes and
Harley Inskeep adding one save over the final 45 minutes.
Bethel finished with two shots and did not put an attempt on goal.
Malayasia Larque registered two shots for the Threshers.
Up next, the Threshers host Ottawa University on Saturday, Sept. 19, at 11 a.m. in North Newton, Kansas as they continue KCAC play.
