NORTH NEWTON, Kan. — Bethel lost to No. 1 Oklahoma Wesleyan 11-0 on Saturday. The Threshers were held to one shot on goal while facing 30 shots, including 19 on frame.
Oklahoma Wesleyan generated the bulk of the attacking chances, finishing with 30 shots and 19 on goal while Bethel was limited to one shot. Bethel's opportunity came from
Erwin Navarro, who put his attempt on frame, but Oklahoma Wesleyan's goalkeeper made the save. On the other end,
Diego Medina faced 19 shots on goal and finished with eight saves across 90 minutes. Bethel committed six fouls and Oklahoma Wesleyan seven, with neither team receiving a card.
