Kansas City, Mo - Bethel College senior Daniela Herrera has been named a 2024-25 NAIA All-American Second Team selection, adding to an already decorated collegiate career that cements her legacy as one of the most accomplished women's tennis players in program history.
Herrera posted a near-perfect singles record of 20-1 this season, while going 23-5 in doubles play. Her dominance throughout the year earned her five KCAC Player of the Week honors and a prestigious NAIA National Player of the Week recognition on March 17. She was also named the 2025 Unanimous KCAC Player of the Year and landed her third consecutive All-KCAC First Team honor.
A consistent national presence, Herrera reached a season-high ITA ranking of No. 14 in singles and No. 13 in doubles. She also claimed the ITA Regional Doubles Championship title and swept the KCAC Fall Individual Championships with titles at No. 1 singles and No. 1 doubles.
