North Newton, Kan. (December 9, 2024) – Bethel College volleyball standout Cameron Offerle has added another accolade to her impressive 2024 season, being named to the AVCA All-West Central Region Honorable Mention team, as announced by the American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA).
Offerle, a dynamic outside hitter, was one of just eight athletes in the region to earn honorable mention honors. This recognition places her among the elite players in the NAIA, as the AVCA's All-Region selections are drawn from more than 118 NAIA schools across the country. The honor highlights her exceptional contributions to Bethel's success this season.
This achievement follows Offerle's earlier selection as a First Team All-KCAC Outside Hitter, cementing her reputation as one of the top offensive players in the Kansas Collegiate Athletic Conference (KCAC).
The AVCA's All-Region honors recognize the top 14 student-athletes in each of the 10 regions, with additional honorable mention selections made for standout performers. Each region also names a Player of the Year, Freshman of the Year, Coach of the Year, and Assistant Coach of the Year, highlighting the best in NAIA volleyball for 2024.
Offerle's recognition marks a proud moment for Bethel College, as her stellar season has brought significant recognition to the volleyball program.
