North Newton, Kan. – Flag football head coach and assistant football coach Felicia Teeter has been named the next Bethel College Senior Woman Leader.

Coach Teeter replaces former Assistant Athletic Director Stacy Middleton in the role. Teeter has been at Bethel since March of 2024 and is heavily involved in many areas on campus. Athletic Director Tim Swartzendruber had this to say about Coach Teeter: "Coach Teeter is one of the hardest-working coaches on our staff. She takes great pride in teaching leadership skills to her student-athletes and has experience in this area from her time in the military. We are fortunate to have someone fulfill this role at Bethel College with her skill set."

The role of the Senior Woman Leader, per the NAIA, is to "promote meaningful representation of women in the leadership and management of intercollegiate sports on NAIA campuses." Every school that is part of the NAIA designates an SWL on their campus.
