Thresher Athletics Hall of Fame
Coming to Bethel by way of Bishop Carroll High School in Wichita, Trisha Clark brought with her the determination and success needed to ultimately make her one of Thresher Volleyball's all-time greats. Clark started her career off by being named the KCAC Freshman of the Year in 1997, to be followed by three straight seasons of unanimous All-KCAC First Team selections. In 1999 and 2000, Clark had the honor of being named the conference's Player of the Year. Her awards also included being named the KCAC Setter of the Week on eight different occasions, an NAIA All-Region selection in 1999 and 2000, and being the George Rogers Outstanding Female Athlete of the Year in 2000-2001. Clark was part of the 1999 and 2000 KCAC regular-season championship squads. She also helped the Threshers capture three different KCAC Tournament championships in 1998, 1999, and 2000, which qualified Bethel for the NAIA Regional Tournament in each of those seasons. Clark ended her career by breaking the single-season assists record at Bethel, dishing out 1,327 throughout the 2000 season. This record still stands today. Clark ended her career with 4,257 career assists, which still stands as the second-most all-time for Thresher Volleyball.
