Continuing the proud tradition of volleyball success left from many teams before them, the 1999 squad did not disappoint. Led by KCAC Coach of the Year Bev Mayer and KCAC Player of the Year Trisha Clark, the squad turned in an undefeated KCAC record of 16-0 against conference foes. The team won the program's 15th KCAC title, and followed it up by winning the KCAC Tournament and clinching a spot in their NAIA regional. The Threshers' season came to a close in the regional, ending their overall record at 23-8. Bethel had five total players earn All-KCAC recognition this season, as well as four more being named NAIA Scholar-Athletes. The team had four NAIA All-American Scholar Athlete Team Members and two All-Region selections in Trisha Clark and Sarah Harton.
